He began his career right here at Richland High School, where he served as both a Business Teacher and Principal for 12 years. For the past 6 years, he continued his leadership as Principal at Stoutland High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education, a Master’s, and a Specialist in Education Administration, all from Missouri State University. 📚. Mr. McNabb is thrilled to return to the district where it all began and looks forward to leading and supporting our student-athletes with pride and purpose. 🎉 Meet Coach Tolbert, one of our dedicated educators at Richland School! 🎉 This is her third year teaching Special Education here at Richland, and she so proud to be part of this amazing community. Before joining Richland, she spent a year teaching Special Education at Laquey Elementary, where she also began her journey in education as a paraprofessional. Coaching is another passion of hers—She served as an assistant coach for Junior High girls basketball at Laquey, and for the past two years, she's been the assistant coach for the Junior Varsity and Varsity girls basketball teams here at Richland. She's thrilled to now be stepping into the role of **Head Coach** of the Lady Bears Basketball Teams! 🐻🏀 She's also currently working toward my degree in Psychology in Education, continuing to grow both in and out of the classroom. Coach Tolbert can’t wait for another great year at Richland—Go Bears! 🖤
