We're thrilled to announce that Richland R-IV has received a generous $3,600 donation from the Richland Masonic Lodge to purchase a Roger System for one of our hearing impaired students. This advanced technology will greatly enhance the student's ability to engage in the classroom lessons and educational activities. Thank you, Richland Masonic Lodge for your incredible support!

Richland R-IV School District had an individual experience a medical emergency this afternoon and an ambulance was called to the elementary school this afternoon. The individual will determine what, if any, further medical attention is necessary.
The Bears baseball team plays the Crocker Lions on September 3 at Crocker High School. Crocker will have a Field Dedication Ceremony for Coach Tim Hardesty before the game.

Richland Schools have enjoyed our 1st week of the 24-25 school year. The anatomy class has ventured outside for classwork and 1st grade was ready for the day of school!
The Frisco League Baseball Tournament will be held at Iberia High School this year. The Bears will play on Saturday, September 7 at 5:30 against Crocker. Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for students, passes will not be accepted. Good luck Bears!

Elementary Students will meet in the gym starting at 5:30
Jr/HS Students will start in their students 1st hour class at 5:30. Parents will then follow the bell schedule-with 5 minutes in each class.--please bring your student's schedule with you.

Richland High School is hosting the Frisco League softball tournament this fall. The tournament will be held September 3-6. Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for students. Please see the attached bracket.
Richland R-IV School District had a student experience a medical emergency this morning and an ambulance was called to the high school this morning. The parent of student was notified and will determine what, if any, further medical attention is necessary.
The baseball team is playing in a fall baseball jamboree in Conway on Saturday, August 24. Good luck, Bears!
Richland Junior High/High School Fall Sports Picture Day is scheduled for Thursday, September 5, 2024. All athletes will be photographed. No money is due on picture day. All images will be available online after picture day to view and order at www.WagnerPortraitGroup.com.
Just a reminder, Junior High basketball for grades 6-8 will begin practice on Monday, August 19th. All athletes are required to have a physical on file before they can practice. The annual requirement forms are also due. These forms are available on the MSHSAA website or they can be picked up at the high school office.

FAQ on High School Gates
Parents will need to check into the front office if they need to access the back parking lot during the school day. The gates will be open before school and starting at 2:30 for parents to pick up in the afternoon. Gates will be open in the evening for practices and game days. Students who are away on game day and expect to arrive back before the trip bus will move their car to the front lot before departure.
