We had such a busy and fun week at the elementary! Dr. Seuss, Read Across America with lots of special guest readers and we ended with carnival!











The cheer camp girls did a fabulous cheering and dancing today! Coach Ely and the RHS cheerleaders did a great job hosting the camp. Thank you to everyone for coming out and watching the performance this afternoon!


The Richland Youth Cheer Camp performance will be held at Richland High School on March 1 at 2:00. Additional details will be sent home with your child. Please join us to watch the girls cheer and dance!

Junior High and High School spring practices begin Monday, February 26th. The practice schedule for Monday will be:
Soccer: 3:45-5:45 (soccer field)
Baseball: 3:45-5:45 (baseball field)
JH/HS Track: 3:45-5:00 (high school)

This evening @6:30 pm
Participating students need to arrive @ school by 6:15.

Congratulations to Jessie Bennett for receiving a Fort Leonard Wood Leadership Award. Area students are nominated for this award by school employees. Personnel from Fort Leonard Wood came today to present her the award.



Richland Baseball recently held a raffle to purchase a pitching machine. Gabe Butteris was the winner of the Yeti Cooler filled with meat. Thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket and supported Richland Baseball and to Kim and Keith at K and K Meat Processing who donated the cooler and meat.

Junior High and High School spring sports will begin practice on Monday, February 26th. High School sports include girls soccer, baseball, and track for grades 9-12. Junior High track is for grades 6-8. All athletes are required to have a physical on file before they can practice. Annual requirement forms are also due at his time. The Lady Bears advance. They will play Wednesday at 7:30.


Come out and support the Bears and Lady Bears this week in district play at Laquey High School. District Tournament admission is $6. Fans and spectators will need to use the main entrance in the front of the building. Lady Bears play tonight at 6:30 and Bears play Tuesday night at 6:30. Good luck players and coaches.
