The Frisco League Junior High Basketball Girls A Tournament will be held October 22–25 at Stoutland. The Lady Bears will play their first round on Tuesday, October 22 at 4:30 against Laquey. Good luck!

The baseball team will be participating in the Stoutland Fall Classic October 10-12. Admission will be $4 for adults and $2 for students. No passes will be accepted. Games will start early if running ahead of schedule. Good luck Bears!

Congratulations to the varsity Lady Bears on their win against the Osage Lady Indians last night! The JV lost a close contest 5-3. Our softball seniors were recognized between games: Isabelle Bowling, Andelyn Wans, Lexi Burns, Jessie Bennett, and Jayda Sullivan. The Lady Bears are back in action today at Cuba.

This week, our first graders went on an exciting adventure to the pumpkin patch! As they wandered through the rows of bright orange pumpkins, they discovered the magical life cycle of a pumpkin, but the fun doesn't stop there! Each student will turn their very own pumpkin into a book character! We can’t wait to show you these fun pumpkin book characters at the upcoming parent-teacher conferences later this month. So save the date! You'll be amazed to see the creativity of our first graders!

Congratulations to the Lady Bears on their Pink Out win against the Crocker Lady Lions. A special thank you to The Maries County Bank in Richland for sponsoring the Strike Out Cancer Series. The Wall of Money donation board will be set up in the lobby at The Maries County Bank in Richland throughout the month of October.
