In compliance with RSMo 115.127.5, notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the Richland R-IV School District of Pulaski, Laclede and Camden Counties of Missouri, that the Annual Election of said District will be held on the second Tuesday of April, 2025, beginning at six o’clock a.m., and closing at seven o’clock p.m., of said day, to vote upon school board members. Candidates for school board may file at the central office located at 714 E. Jefferson Ave., Richland, Missouri. Filing will begin on December 10, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. and will continue during the district’s regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. except for the first and last day of filing. Filing will not occur on days that the school district’s central office is closed due to inclement weather or on the following holidays and breaks when the school district’s central office is closed: December 20, 2024 through December 30, 2024. Filing will end on December 31, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. The office will be open on Dec. 31, 2024 from 3:00-5:00 p.m.
There are 2 positions available with three-year terms and one position with a 2 year term.
Richland R-IV School District had an individual experience a medical emergency this morning and an ambulance was called. This individual will determine, what, if any, further medical attention is needed.
PAT December Calendar
The Lady Bears will be playing in the Bluefish Shootout on Saturday, November 23 in Rolla. The JV will play against Rolla at 1:30 in the practice gym and the varsity will play against Cuba at the Rolla Fieldhouse at 3:00. Admission for spectators will be $7 (senior citizens & children under 5 will be free).

The Lady Bears basketball team is playing in a jamboree at Linn on Thursday, November 21. Admission is $5. Games will be streamed at https://fan.hudl.com/usa/mo/linn/organization/101593/linn-high-school
The Bears will be in the Eldon Jamboree on Tuesday, November 19. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students.

It's getting close to that time of year. The boys and girls Frisco League Basketball Tournament will be held at Laquey High School from November 30-December 7. Come out and support the Bears and Lady Bears teams!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the high school today for Seniors serving Seniors luncheon. We were able to provide lunch to our veterans and senior citizens in the community. Our elementary and high school band and choirs provided entertainment.

Route A: Kangaroo Bus
We have spoken to MODOT and the road work that will be occurring next week on Route A.
Tuesday and Wednesday sections of Route A is expected to be closed from 8:00-3:30. We don't anticipate this affecting our morning route. However, our afternoon routes could be delayed if the opening of the road is delayed by MODOT.
We will keep you posted each day if delays will occur.
