In March of 2021, President Biden signed the Federal American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act, Public Law 117-2, into law. The ARP Act provides additional funding through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ARP ESSER) fund to States and school districts to help safely reopen, sustain the safe operation of schools, and address the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the nation’s students. The purpose of the additional funding is to support local educational agencies (LEAs) in preparing for and responding to the impacts of COVID-19 on educators, students, and families.
The community is invited to share your thoughts as we work through this plan.

Please join us for the mandatory parent meeting for parents of athletes participating in high school fall sports (softball, baseball, and soccer). This meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 17 @ 5:45 in the high school gym. If you are not able to attend, please set up a conference with the Athletic Director, Kim Latham.

Attention Kindergarten, 8th grade and Seniors.
Just a reminder that practice begins tomorrow, August 9th, for high school athletes. All athletes are required to have a physical on file before they can practice. Annual requirement forms are also due. These forms are available on the MSHSAA website or they can be picked up at the high school office.
