Our students of the month for January were recognized at our monthly assembly for demonstrating this months character words: fairness, justice and equality.
Our building leadership team did an excellent job presenting the results of the building wide food drive. All donations from the food drive were donated to Grace Baptist Church's food pantry.
The varsity boys defeated Conway tonight 68-46 to advance to the consolation final of the Conway Tournament. They will play tomorrow at 1:30.

Tonight we recognized our RHS senior cheerleaders and Lady Bear basketball players for their dedication to their teams and Richland athletics.
Richland School District would like to welcome Ms. Reiner to Richland School District for the 2026-2027 School year as Special Education Director. Ms. Reiner brings more than 15 years of experience in special education and student support. She has served as a kindergarten and special education teacher, a district BCBA, and most recently as an alternative school principal. Throughout her career, she has focused on supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs, strengthening staff capacity, and building systems that promote both accountability and growth.
“My goal is to foster a supportive and collaborative school environment where all students can succeed,” Reiner said. “I look forward to working with staff, students, and families in Richland to continue building a strong culture focused on growth and achievement.”
Reiner earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Fayetteville State University, a Master of Science in Special Education from Liberty University, a post-graduate certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from William Woods University.
