The elementary had a great time learning about fire safety this week! Bear Den, our afterschool program, had a visit from the fire department. We then had a puppet show put on by FLW Fire Department and preschool classes visited our Tri County Fire Department on a walking field trip! Thank you to all of the firefighters that helped spread safety awareness to our kiddos!

Congratulations to the varsity Lady Bears on their win against the Osage Lady Indians last night! The JV lost a close contest 5-3. Our softball seniors were recognized between games: Isabelle Bowling, Andelyn Wans, Lexi Burns, Jessie Bennett, and Jayda Sullivan. The Lady Bears are back in action today at Cuba.

This week, our first graders went on an exciting adventure to the pumpkin patch! As they wandered through the rows of bright orange pumpkins, they discovered the magical life cycle of a pumpkin, but the fun doesn't stop there! Each student will turn their very own pumpkin into a book character! We can’t wait to show you these fun pumpkin book characters at the upcoming parent-teacher conferences later this month. So save the date! You'll be amazed to see the creativity of our first graders!
