Richland Elementary School is a Community Eligibility Provisional school. Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) was created as part of the USDA's National School Lunch Program. It allows schools with high eligibility for free and reduced price lunches to opt in to provide free lunch for all students in the school regardless of income. Students attending Richland Elementary will not need to fill out forms to participate in the program. Free breakfast and lunch will be served daily to all students
